An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that during routine patrol near the Khamba Fort, the army personnel accidently stepped on a landmine, which triggered a blast. He said that at least six soldiers were injured in the blast and they wer immediately evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment.
